Rehabilitate the Cemetery

Volunteer, Participate, or Donate

Welcome!

The Lincoln Cemetery Project Association was established to preserve and protect Gettysburg's only surviving Black cemetery, located on Long Lane. More than 450 citizens of Gettysburg and Adams County are buried in the cemetery. LCPA, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is currently raising funds to rehabilitate the cemetery and its historical features.

"This old world belongs to all of us and we should strive to make each other feel at home."

Dr. Louis E. King, of Gettysburg
